Report: Jason Jordan injured

WWE.com

The injury bug continues to hit Raw, according to a report from PWInsider, though at this time not much is clear about the latest wrestler spending more time in the trainer’s room rather than the ring.

Jason Jordan missed this weekend’s live events due to an unrevealed injury, per PWInsider’s latest. His current storyline tag partner Seth Rollins worked a handicap match along with Roman Reigns against The Miztourage in Amarillo, Texas on Friday night, Jan. 12, as it appears the tag champ’s last match was on Raw a week ago.

The site says they’ve confirmed Jordan is hurt, but not the type of injury - or much else. It’s even possible he could be on Raw tonight (Jan. 15), though in what capacity also isn’t mentioned or speculated upon.

Rollins and Jordan are scheduled to defend their titles against The Bar at Royal Rumble on Jan. 28. The former NXT and SmackDown tag champ has been getting a lot of praise for his work as Kurt Angle’s entitled son in his reluctant partnership with The Shield brothers - a role he moved into when Dean Ambrose went on the shelf with a torn triceps. It wouldn’t be difficult to keep him on-screen and front-of-mind for audiences through a minor injury, but at this point, we just don’t know.

We’ll update with more information as we have it, and join us tonight in the Raw live blog for clues.
