The forthcoming WWE 2K18 boasts the largest roster ever for a video game created under license from the sports entertainment giant, but that doesn’t mean everyone currently under contract to them made the list.
Yet, anyway. There are always downloadable characters released later for a variety of reasons, including to keep people playing and talking about the game.
But for now, courtesy of PWInsider, here’s a rundown by brand of who’s not in the game...
Raw:
Elias
The Hardy Boyz
SmackDown Live:
James Ellsworth
Lana
Mike & Maria Kanellis
Shelton Benjamin
The Singh Brothers
205 Live:
Ariya Daivari
Drew Gulak
Lince Dorado
Mustafa Ali
Tony Nese
WWE NXT:
Adam Cole
Aleister Black
Andrade "Cien" Almas
The Street Profits
Bobby Fish
Drew McIntyre
Kyle O'Reilly
Lars Sullivan
Liv Morgan
Heavy Machinery
Ruby Riot
Sonya Deville
Velveteen Dream
Zelina Vega
United Kingdom:
Pete Dunne
Tyler Bate
Trent Seven
Wolfgang
Mark Andrews
Joseph Connors
Obviously, some of these are people who’ve only officially signed in the past six months (especially on the NXT list), and are probably longshots before 2K19.
But while you try to decide who you’re most upset about (for me it’s The Big Hog, hands down), check out the names announced via Corey Graves and Renee Young hosted video at these links: Sept. 6 reveal with Breezango, Aug. 30 with Kevin Owens, Aug. 23 with Samoa Joe and Aug. 16 with Goldust.
