Kairi Sane is an amazingly talented wrestler, so much so that WWE gave her the honors of winning the very first Mae Young Classic tournament. She was also awarded an NXT championship match at the upcoming TakeOver: Houston event.
In short, it seems clear WWE has big plans for her right out of the gate.
One barrier is her grasp of the English language. About that, she told Bleacher Report:
"Carrying on conversations is very difficult. I can't convey what I want to in English very well. It's hard to understand what's being said to me. In wrestling, I find that feelings are more important than words. What is important is what's in your heart and I can convey that in wrestling. I felt that throughout the Mae Young tournament. It's the spirit I have felt."
If you’ve watched her wrestle even one match, something tells me you won’t care at all if she can speak even a word of English.
