Most of us have seen news reports about the storms and flooding occurring on the Texas coast as a result of Hurricane Harvey.
Houston in particular has been extremely hard hit, with many people losing their homes - and some their lives - as a result of the storm (for information on ways to help those affected, head here).
It’s a relatively minor concern, especially since all involved are reportedly healthy and safe, but WWE has announced that Houston native, announce team member and Hall of Famer Booker T will miss Raw tonight (Aug. 28) as a result of Harvey. He has sent word that he’s alright, while urging fellow Houstonians to stay safe and sharing some resources on where to get help.
Thank you for all the tweets. My family and I are safe here in Houston. If you are in the city, please don't go on the roads, stay home.

WWE production team members Jim Shank and Pat Cassidy will also miss the show in Memphis.
We join WWE in sending our thoughts and prayers to all those impacted by the Hurricane, in Houston and elsewhere. Stay safe.
