From ScreenGeek.com, after being asked to narrow down to one name who he wants to work with most in WWE:
“I’m picking Shinsuke. Sorry, that’s nothing on Finn Balor. The reason why I say this is because at Wrestlemania, it’s not going to happen with Finn Balor and I. Why? Because he’s on Raw. Shinsuke’s my best chance getting into that Main Event picture at Wrestlemania. That’s why he wins the championship. I hope he wins it so I can get in there and wrestle him at WrestleMania.”
They’ve only crossed paths once so far on WWE television — at the Money in the Bank pay-per-view (PPV) in the ladder match where they had a brief but electric showdown. These two have proven they can tear the house down in a marquee match at a major show, as they did at Wrestle Kingdom 10. Just imagine if they were given latitude to do just that but in the main event of a WrestleMania.
It’s not something we’re likely ever going to see, but is there any question they could put on a better match than any two other wrestlers on the entire WWE roster right now?
