Baron Corbin, who is a real sourpuss, has been attacking Shinsuke Nakamura as often as humanly possible, starting at Money in the Bank when he interrupted Nak’s entrance. Naturally, this meant the two would settle their differences in a match.
That match happened at tonight’s (July 23, 2017) WWE Battleground pay-per-view (PPV) at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
They worked a physical match that didn’t feature many interesting spots. There was this:

Then, it just ended with a low blow.
That’s right, Corbin was down on the mat selling like he was dead and when Nakamura finally stood him up, Baron kicked him hard in the twig and berries. That gave Shinsuke the victory via disqualification.
To make clear none of this really mattered anyway, Corbin smiled at the result, grabbed his Money in the Bank briefcase, and held it high. Then he laid Nakamura out before leaving.
Nothing matters ever.
