WWE gives a Braun Strowman injury update that isn’t much of an update

WWE.com

Roman Reigns drove an ambulance carrying Braun Strowman into a parked trailer after his defeat at the Great Balls of Fire pay-per-view (PPV) this past Sunday night. They used the jaws of life to get him out and he refused treatment before limping away in a bloody heap.

The next evening on Monday Night Raw, they promised an update from General Manager Kurt Angle but he didn’t have much to say beyond “he’s out there and we’ll let you know.”

Now, WWE.com has given yet another update that hardly qualifies as an update:

While Strowman miraculously walked out of Dallas under his own power after refusing medical attention, WWE.com can confirm that he is currently in the care of his personal physician and will not disclose the nature of his injuries at this time. Also, per Angle's office, if and when Strowman is cleared to compete again, there will be a public announcement confirming his status.

This is setting up rather nicely for a very convenient return on Raw next week during that Reigns vs. Samoa Joe number one contender match.

Right?
