This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw was all but guaranteed to see an increase in viewers considering it came the evening after the Great Balls of Fire pay-per-view (PPV) in Dallas. Sure enough, the show drew 3.00 million viewers, up from the 2.83 million it drew the week before.
Here’s the hourly breakdown:
Hour one: 3.04 million
Hour two: 3.07 million
Hour three: 2.90 million
The show was up against Major League Baseball’s Home Run Derby on ESPN, in fairness. Still, it’s hard not to see a disappointment in these numbers following a damn good PPV with a hot attempted murder angle attached to it.
I guess it wasn’t that hot after all.
