Heath Slater and Curt Hawkins are perfectly handling their Great Balls of Fire match

Shortly after Roman Reigns tried to end Braun Strowman by driving an ambulance into a trailer backstage at the American Airlines Center in Dallas last night (July 9, 2017), Heath Slater and Curt Hawkins were sent out for an unannounced match while General Manager Kurt Angle and medical personnel attempted to retrieve Strowman’s maybe dead body from said ambulance. Slater and Hawkins wrestled a match that no one saw, and WWE didn’t even bother showing the finish on the Great Balls of Fire pay-per-view broadcast because the real concern was with Strowman’s status.

You might think they were insulted but they actually handled it really well, at least publicly:

Oh, and now we know who won!

Right on.
