WWE Extreme Rules 2017 results: What was ‘Match of the Night’ in Baltimore?

WWE has put a bow tie around its Extreme Rules pay-per-view (PPV) from the Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, Maryland, as the promotion wrapped up the show tonight (Sun., June 4, 2017) with a bonkers Fatal 5-Way that ended with Samoa Joe submitting Finn Balor to become top contender to the Universal championship.

Elsewhere, Alexa Bliss put a hurting on Bayley with a Kendo stick to retain her Raw women’s championship, Cesaro & Sheamus finally defeated The Hardy Men to win the Raw tag team titles, Austin Aries once again came up short in his quest to defeat Neville and obtain cruiserweight gold in the process, and more!
