This book is closed on Sunday's (April 2, 2017) WrestleMania 33, which emanated from Camping World Stadium in Orlando. Now it's time for you to let us know what was the "Match of the Night".
On the pre-show, Neville retained his Cruiserweight championship with a thumb to the eye of Austin Aries, Mojo Rawley won the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal with an assist from his friend, Rob Gronkowski of the New England Patriots, and Dean Ambrose outlasted Baron Corbin to keep the Intercontinental title.
On the main card, AJ Styles took everything Shane McMahon threw at him to pick up a win, Kevin Owens thwarted Chris Jericho’s attempt at revenge and claimed the United States championship. Bayley outlasted three other women to keep her Raw title, Matt & Jeff Hardy shocked the world by not only re-debut for WWE, but winning the Raw tag belts, the newly engaged John Cena & Nikki Bella took down Miz & Maryse and Seth Rollins beat his mentor in a match which saw Stephanie McMahon go through a table.
After a musical interlude, Randy Orton survived some supernatural tricks to claim the WWE World championship from Bray Wyatt before Brock Lesnar finally beat Goldberg to earn the Universal strap. Naomi got a big moment with her hometown in winning the SmackDown Women’s title, and we all said goodbye to Undertaker after his second ever ‘Mania loss, this time to Roman Reigns.
