After a main event loss to Roman Reigns which was at times uncomfortable to watch, WrestleMania 33 ended with an extended curtain call for Undertaker. The Dead Man sat up one more time - was it his last?

After this, he slowly took off his gloves, duster and hat while the Orlando crowd chanted “Thank you, Taker”.
Before hitting the ramp, he stopped at ringside to kiss his wife, Michelle. Pausing on his way out, he took one last look back at the ring before raising his hand as the thunder from his entrance theme struck.

We’ll await official confirmation, but it appears Undertaker has called it a career after more than three decades in the ring, and a 23 - 2 record on The Grandest Stage of Them All. Rumors have stated he was considering hanging them based on how much pain he was in after recent Raw appearance, as he is coming off a recent surgery and reportedly needs a full replacement.
This may not have been an ideal performance to go out on, but no one can say the 52 year old hasn’t given his all - at times possibly too much - to the pro wrestling business and the company he’s worked for since 1990, Vince McMahon’s WWE.
If this is the end, on behalf of the entire Cageside Seats community - Thank you, Taker.
