WrestleMania 33 results: Bayley outlasts Charlotte, Sasha Banks, Nia Jax to retain Raw women’s title

Charlotte, Sasha Banks, Bayley, and Nia Jax have all, in some form or another, been making history in WWE for years now, both in NXT and on the main roster. They all came together for a 4-way elimination match for the Raw women’s championship at WrestleMania 33 tonight (Sun., April 2, 2017) at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida.

The early psychology saw Nia lay waste to the others, throwing one into the other two and just generally dominating. Naturally, this led Charlotte, Sasha, and Bayley to team together to get her out of the picture, which proved to be no easy task.

It required a triple powerbomb from off the top rope and they all stacked on top of her for the pin and the first elimination.

The next elimination came when Sasha Banks was pushed off after a roll up and she hit her head on an exposed turnbuckle, something Charlotte had set up earlier in the match. That left just Charlotte and Bayley, who did what you’ve seen them do in their past matches.

It ended when Bayley hit a Flying Elbow and scored the pinfall on Charlotte to retain her title.
