There’s a lot of speculation about the Roman Reigns vs. Braun Strowman match at Fastlane this Sunday, Mar. 5. WWE will have big plans for Reigns at WrestleMania, and Strowman’s in the midst of a monster push which has been almost universally well received, so a clean loss doesn’t seem likely for either man. Some sort of non-finish or outside interference has been rumored, possibly something that sets up both men’s programs for Mania.
One of the possibilities many are predicting is the return of Undertaker. He and Roman shared a tense moment towards the end of the Royal Rumble match, and have been rumored as opponents in Orlando for quite some time. A new report from PWInsider, makes the possibility of Dead Man appearance at the pay-per-view (PPV) in Milwaukee seem a little more likely, as their sources expect Taker to be on Raw from Chicago on Monday night.
The Phenom could just be appearing to start an angle after Roman/Strowman is done, but it’s easy to imagine he could be there to explain why he got involved at Fastlane.
Should be an exciting couple of days. Stay tuned.
