NXT Takeover: Orlando match card & rumors (SPOILERS)

NXT spent the past Wednesday night taping television leading into its next WWE Network special, NXT Takeover: Orlando, which is scheduled for the night before WrestleMania 33 - Sat., April 1, 2017, at the Amway Center. You’d think that would mean the card for the show would be filled out, or at least multiple matches would be made.

Not so. But one was, and the direction for a few others was apparent... even if we’re not yet sure how some of these rivalries will be presented in Florida in a little more than a month.

Here’s the one match we know for sure, based on spoilers (get them in full here):

- Authors of Pain (c) vs. #DIY vs. The Revival for the tag team championship

Dash & Dawson’s rivalry with Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa is basically the stuff of legends at this point, and the Top Guys mission to beat Paul Ellering’s guys for the straps has put them back in #DIY’s path. Everyone wanted this Triple Threat, and General Manager William Regal gives us what we want.

Then there are several matches it looks like they put together, but for which no official announcements have been made:

- Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Bobby Roode (c) for the NXT championship

You knew this rematch was coming.

- Asuka (c) vs. Ember Moon for the Women’s title

These two undefeated forces were bound to collide at some point.

- SAnitY (Eric Young, Killian Dain, Alexander Wolfe & Nikki Cross) vs. Tye Dillinger, Roderick Strong, No Way Jose & Ruby Riot

It’s possible this gets broken out into multiple matches, but these eight folks spent the last taping - and pretty much the entire time since San Antonio - feuding. Whatever gets us to Cross vs. the former Heidi Lovelace...

Other than that, we’re left to our own fantasy booking minds. With plans to use them in post-Mania touring, it’s possible the United Kingdom guys get a match on the show. And maybe Ruby isn’t the only major new name... perhaps Aleister Black would like to beat up Patrick Clark or Knoa Reeves?

What do you think of this (potential) line-up? What else do you think gets added?
