Yesterday, our own Big Dog, Geno Mrosko brought news the stars of WWE Network’s recent United Kingdom Championship Tournament (UKCT) would be featured on the company’s upcoming European tour. 13 names from that two-day tourney are set to work over three dates in Scotland and England.
Now, PWInsider has a report on what nine of those gents will be doing on the SmackDown-branded shows.

May 4, Glasgow, Scotland - Trent Seven, Tyler Bate & Wolfgang vs. Pete Dunne, Joseph Connors & Tyson T-Bone
May 11, Sheffield, England - Trent Seven, Tyler Bate & Sam Gradwell vs. Pete Dunne, Joseph Connors & James Drake
May 12, Newcastle, England - Trent Seven, Tyler Bate & Saxon Huxley vs. Pete Dunne, Joseph Connors & James Drake
Trios matches are WWE’s go-to for establishing a division, although considering the results on launching the “Divas Revolution” and cruiserweights with three-on-three action, it’s worth asking whether or not it’s a blueprint they should continue using.
But this also isn’t Raw. It’s a handful of house shows, and while the crowd will appreciate seeing the local lads, they paid for the big main roster names who only come across the Atlantic a couple times a year.
