- Billie Kay & Peyton Royce def. Liv Morgan & Ember Moon via pinfall (knee to Morgan’s head from Royce while Kay held her up; Billie covered Liv)
- Recap of all last week’s SAnitY-related happenings leading up to the main event sets up Andrea D’Marco asking No Way Jose & Roderick Strong why they intervened on Tye Dillinger’s behalf last week. Roddy says he knows the kind of guy Eric Young is (he might even still be that kind of guy) but he couldn’t sit back and watch him bully Dillinger. Jose says Tye is the hottest act in sports entertainment, so they had to stand up for him against the numbers game.
- #DIY out for a promo. Tommaso Ciampa talks their journey from Toronto to San Antonio, saying the fans humbled them with the Match of the Year award. Johnny Gargano talks being disappointed to lose the tag belts, and says they want their rematch. Paul Ellering out with AoP, and says they can have their rematch in two weeks, and they should make peace with their loved ones. Johnny & Tommaso tell say “I love you” to one another, then Ciampa says they’re ready to do it now. DASH & DAWSON ARE HERE! The Revival sneak in and toss Tommaso, then hit Gargano with Shatter Machine. Akam & Rezar run in, but Dash & Dawson bail, waving at the champs as AoP fume.

- General Manager William Regal announces a Triple Threat for next week to determine the #1 contender for the Women’s title: Peyton Royce vs. Liv Morgan vs. Ember Moon
- Tyler Bate def. Trent Seven via pinfall following Tyler Driver 97 to retain his United Kingdom championship
- They shake hands and Seven gives his protege a kiss on the forehead & twirls his moustache before leaving
