This week’s episode of SmackDown Live, and the follow up edition of Talking Smack, saw the return of General Manager Daniel Bryan, who was busy booking the card for the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view (PPV) that is just two weeks away.
First, he responded to Nikki Bella and Natalya’s recent issues by booking a match between the two that should, for all intents and purposes, be the blowoff bout for the feud.
Later, Naomi, who has pinned Alexa Bliss in tag matches twice in the past couple days, was awarded a title shot for her successes. We’re already getting some good Twitter beef out of it:
