After last night’s injury scare at an Uniondale, New York house show, the WWE is taking action with Paige. Without an official statement yet from Paige or the WWE, PW Insider is now reporting The Diva of Tomorrow is off the promotion’s remaining Holiday tour events.
The remaining WWE live event schedule is below:
- Raw: 12/29 in Albany, New York
- SmackDown: 12/29 in Hershey, Pennsylvania
- Raw: 12/30 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada
- SmackDown: 12/30 in Tampa, Florida
A little over a year removed from major neck surgery, Paige went down at last night after what reports say was a kick from Sasha Banks. Paige immediately grabbed her shoulder before the match between Absolution and Banks, Bayley and Mickie James was immediately halted.
As we await to hear from Paige herself, here’s hoping the injury was just minor and her momentum on Raw can continue without any further hiccups.
