An unfortunate incident happened on last week’s episode of 205 Live when a fan threw a water bottle that hit Kalisto in the face. This while he was down on the floor selling, and therefore vulnerable to such an attack.
Days later, his wife took to social media to reveal he was injured by it, suffering what may have been a possible fracture. That seemed excessive, considering the video of the incident, but you never know.
Thankfully, he’s okay.
We know this because he wrestled before this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw in a match taped for Main Event, per the Wrestling Observer. He defeated Tony Nese.
Fortunately, the fan who threw the bottle was reportedly caught and Kalisto avoided serious issue. Let’s hope said fan, and any other fan thinking of doing something similar, think twice in the future.
