WWE Clash of Champions 2017 results: Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn keep their jobs on a Daniel Bryan fast count

@WWE

Kevin Owens’ feud with Shane McMahon led us all the way to tonight (Sun., Dec. 17, 2017) and the WWE Clash of Champions pay-per-view (PPV) at the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. Owens teamed with Sami Zayn against Randy Orton and Shinsuke Nakamura, with the added stipulation that if Owens and Zayn lost they would be fired from WWE.

Naturally, Shane inserted himself as special guest referee. To keep it fair and balanced, Daniel Bryan did the same.

And that’s how it played out.

The match wasn’t necessarily poorly worked but it wasn’t all that entertaining for the majority of it. They did various spots with both referees getting involved on a minor level before the action eventually spilled to the outside. They let that go too.

It finally picked up when Orton hit an RKO on Zayn but the pinfall was broken up by Owens pushing Bryan into Shane. That led to brief issue between the two. A short time after, McMahon wouldn’t count to three on a Zayn pinfall attempt, leading to Bryan pushing him and a fight nearly breaking out between the two.

A short time later, Zayn rolled up Orton and Bryan executed a fast count to give the “bad guys” the victory. They keep their jobs.

But what happens next?
