Early Sunday morning WWE superstar Rich Swann was arrested in Florida. Swann was taken into custody by Gainesville police around midnight on Sunday.
According to mugshotsgainesville.com Swann was arrested on two charges ‘Violation Code: 784.03.1a1 Violation Description: BATTERY: TOUCH OR STRIKE and Violation Code: 787.02.1a Violation Description: KIDNAP-FALSE IMPRISONMENT: ADULT’.
The arrest report also states the incident was a domestic issue with his wife
Swann is married to indie wrestler Su Yung.

Per WWE.com Swann has already been suspended by the company
WWE has zero tolerance for matters involving domestic violence, and per our policy, Rich Swann has been suspended indefinitely following his arrest.

Swann was originally set for a number one contender’s match this Monday night on Raw but with the immediate suspension the company will look to find a replacement to face Drew Gulak.
