Ruby Riott officially names her team on SmackDown

Welcome to SmackDown The Riott Squad. Yes, with two ‘T’s’. After their debut last week, the Ruby Riott led faction remained nameless until tonight.

Prior to their scheduled match with Charlotte Flair, Naomi and Natalya, the NXT threesome of Ruby Riott, Liv Morgan and Sarah Logan dubbed themselves The Riott Squad.

Then all three women went out and dominated in their first official match on the main roster. Natalya bounced from the ring and headed backstage within the opening minute of that match. With the numbers game in their favor, The Riott Squad first picked off Naomi on the outside.

Thanks to some shots on the steel steps, Naomi would have to be stretched out from the match.

The Riott Squad would then take out Flair and pin the women’s champion in the center of the ring.

How will the rest of the SmackDown women’s locker room respond, after the NXT trio have made statements on back to back weeks?
