The buzz coming off Survivor Series, and the promise of a title rematch from one singles champion or another, was enough for WWE to see an increase in audience size on Tuesday, Nov. 21 despite it being a busy holiday week here in the United States.
SmackDown drew 2,662,000 viewers this week, up roughly 52K from the previous episode. That was the fourth best number among cable originals, behind History’s Curse of Oak Island and Sean Hannity and Tucker Carlson’s political talk shows on Fox News.
The blue brand returned to the top of the ratings, winning the night among 18-49 year olds after a third straight week with a .82 share.
We’ll see if this trend continues on the road to Clash of Champions. In the meantime, here’s a rundown of the blue brand’s numbers this year to chew on along with your Thanksgiving dinner:
