It was just days ago that Charlotte won the SmackDown women’s championship from Natalya to set up a match against Raw women’s champion Alexa Bliss at tonight’s (Sun., Nov. 19, 2017) Survivor Series pay-per-view (PPV) at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas. There wasn’t much time to make an issue between the two, so they sold it as two excellent wrestlers representing their brands.
In this case, Team Blue reigned supreme.
The majority of the match saw Bliss in control, taking advantage of every opportunity. Even when Charlotte was making her comebacks Bliss was avoiding danger, moving away from moonsaults or even straight up kicking out of Natural Selection.
In the end, though, Charlotte got the knees up to counter Twisted Bliss and followed it up with a big boot and the Figure Eight to force Bliss to tap. That put SmackDown up 3-2.
