Look who’s out here personally putting smiles on faces

Yesterday (Nov. 13) in Atlanta, WWE CEO and Chairman Vince McMahon joined Finn Bálor, Samoa Joe, Titus O’Neil and Enzo Amore in granting a wish for 19 year old Orlando from the Make-A-Wish program.

From the gallery on WWE’s community website, you can see Vince chatting with the young man, signing a WWE belt championship title and meeting with Orlando and his family. We’re used to seeing Superstars like John Cena and Roman Reigns do these, but it’s unusual for the Chairman himself to be photographed visiting with fans (which isn’t to say he doesn’t or wouldn’t do it more often, just that it’s not promoted the way wrestlers’ philanthropic efforts and appearances are).

McMahon is a complicated figure, and there are lots of reasons to praise and blame him for things, inside the wrestling business and without. But this is pretty cool.
