WWE Survivor Series 2017 match card, rumors

The next pay-per-view (PPV) on the WWE schedule is the Survivor Series event set to take place on Sun., Nov. 19, 2017, at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas. Thanks to the brand split, this show will feature match-ups exclusively pitting Monday Night Raw wrestlers against SmackDown Live wrestlers.

We're just one week from showtime and the card is almost complete:

  • Brock Lesnar vs. AJ Styles

Styles was given a surprise title shot on SmackDown Live last week and won the WWE championship. That set him up for this match, and the main event of this show is suddenly much more interesting.

  • Alexa Bliss vs. Natalya

There’s been very little to this, outside of a shot or two posted on social media. It’s at least possible this changes because Natalya has a title defense scheduled this week on SmackDown Live against Charlotte.

  • The Miz vs. Baron Corbin

The United States Champion, Corbin, was front and center in the invasion but the Intercontinental Champion, Miz, was nowhere to be found. The two have been at their best cutting promos on each other on Twitter.

  • Cesaro & Sheamus vs. The Usos

This was changed when The New Day helped cost Dean Ambrose & Seth Rollins the Raw tag team titles last week.

  • Enzo Amore vs. Kalisto (Cruiserweight championship)

This is likely the final match in the series.

  • Team Raw vs. Team SmackDown (Men’s elimination match)

Team Raw: Kurt Angle (captain), Braun Strowman, Finn Balor, Samoa Joe, Jason Jordan
Team SmackDown: Shane McMahon (captain), Randy Orton, Shinsuke Nakamura, Bobby Roode, John Cena

  • Team Raw vs. Team SmackDown (Women’s elimination match)

Team Raw: Alicia Fox, Nia Jax, Sasha Banks, Asuka, TBA
Team SmackDown: Becky Lynch, Carmella, Charlotte, Naomi, Tamina

Bayley vs. Mickie James vs. Dana Brooke has been announced for Raw this week to determine the final spot on the women’s team. There are rumors that WWE could be booking The Shield vs. The New Day on this show as well.
