AJ Styles joins The Shield in Raw opening match win

@WWE

One night after TLC, Raw General Manager Kurt Angle opened the fallout show by announcing that “Survivor Series is the only show where SmackDown and Raw wrestlers face off against each other”; then the GM proceeded to bring AJ Styles out for the opening match.

SmackDown and Raw superstars were able to stay separated for a solid ten seconds before Angle added Styles to a Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose vs. Miz, Cesaro and Sheamus remix.

The match would begin with Styles put in peril. Cesaro would knock The Phenomenal One to the outside before The Shield would mount a brief rally.

All six men would turn the three man tag into a pier six brawl. Rollins hit a Falcon Arrow, Styles landed a Pele kick before the Miz ran-in for a basement DDT for yet another near fall.

The SmackDown invader (invitee?) would close out Raw’s opening match with a Phenomenal forearm to the Swiss Cyborg for the win.
