Gentleman Jack Gallagher turned last month and joined forces with The Brian Kendrick. Naturally, that led them here, in a tag team match against Cedric Alexander and Rich Swann at tonight’s (Sun., Oct. 22, 2017) WWE TLC pay-per-view (PPV) at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The idea behind the match seemed to be that the heels would work slow and boring when they were in control while the babyfaces would go high flying to get the crowd more firmly on their side.
It worked too.
After a tease that Kendrick would submit Alexander, Swann came in with a Phoenix Splash and it wasn’t long after Cedric hit the Lumbar Check to score the pinall victory. One more for the good guys.
