WWE SmackDown Live ratings (Oct. 10, 2017): Numbers up after Hell in a Cell

After a big drop for the ‘go home’ show, SmackDown’s numbers bounced back for Hell in a Cell’s fallout episode. Which is good.

Unfortunately, the viewership only rose by 144,000 to 2,467,000, meaning it was still one of the smallest audiences in the last several months. And this on a night coming out of a pay-per-view (PPV) and, thanks to a rainout in the baseball playoffs, no competition from the major sports here in the United States.

It was the fourth largest audience among cable originals behind Fox News’ Hannity and Tucker Carlson and MSNBC’s Rachel Madddow. And the rating among 18 - 49 year olds went up from a .74 on Oct. 3 to a .80, which was good for second behind FX’s American Horror Story.

Will they be able to get back about 2.5 million with more than a month until Survivor Series? While you think about that, here’s a rundown of the blue brand’s numbers this year:
