After the New Day and the Usos put on an instant classic at Hell in a Cell the SmackDown tag-team division was in danger of falling into a never-ending loop of rematch clauses. Tonight on (Oct.10) the show opened with the Usos cutting a promo on their biggest rivals.
But this promo wasn’t to further a feud, it was to squash a beef; a Uce Truce.
Before the New Day could think about forming a mega-team with the tag champs, the five men were interrupted by the Hype Bros.
Then the team of Chad Gable and Shelton Benjamin.
Then the team of Breezango.

The match-up ended up being over almost as quick as it began. For a moment it looked like the team of Breezango would pull the upset as the number one contender's match spiraled into chaos.

Looking for a Last Dance finish, Dango scaled to the top rope but landed on a blank canvas. Gable and Benjamin capitalized, hitting their powerbomb-bulldog finisher for the win.

Are the newly formed team of Gable and Benjamin ready to challenge the Usos for the titles? Where does the New Day go next?
