Brock Lesnar working a busy WWE schedule from now to WrestleMania 33

Brock Lesnar wasn’t on WWE television a whole lot in the second half of 2016, but that’s about to change in a big way starting with his return to Raw next Monday, Jan. 16.

In fact, the Beast Incarnate is booked for almost every Monday on the road to WrestleMania 33 in Orlando - with the only Raw he’ll definitely miss being in Las Vegas on Feb. 13, where the Nevada State Athletic Commission ban he received due to failed drug tests around his UFC 200 fight prohibit him from doing so. He is expected but not announced for the last Raw before Mania, Mar. 27 in Philadelphia.

Despite not currently being advertised for Fastlane, Lesnar is on both the ‘go home’ and fallout shows surrounding that red brand pay-per-view (PPV). Here’s a complete list of cities WWE will presumably make “Suplex City” shirts for this Spring:

  • Jan. 16 - Raw, Little Rock
  • Jan. 23 - Raw, Cleveland
  • Jan. 29 - Royal Rumble
  • Jan. 30 - Raw, Laredo, Texas
  • Feb. 4 - house show, Salt Lake City
  • Feb. 6 - Raw, Portland
  • Feb. 17 - house show, Dallas
  • Feb. 20 - Raw, Los Angeles
  • Feb. 27 - Raw, Green Bay
  • Mar. 6 - Raw, Chicago
  • Mar. 10 - house show, Buffalo
  • Mar. 12 - house show, New York City (Madison Square Garden)
  • March 13 - Raw, Detroit
  • Mar 20 - Raw, Brooklyn
  • Apr. 2 - WrestleMania 33

Seems like a lot of shows to build a Goldberg rematch that’s pretty much already set-up.

Excited for more Brock, and does using him this way change your mind about what he might be doing at WrestleMania?
