Mojo Rawley made his WWE main roster debut proper at last night's (Sun., July 24, 2016) Battleground pay-per-view (PPV) at the Verizon Center in Washington D.C. when he saved Zack Ryder from taking any further punishment from Rusev. He did a lot of yelling and jumping around and not much else.
Rusev, in fact, regarded him like he didn't recognize him and couldn't be bothered to deal with his nonsense. Later, he took to Twitter and savaged Rawley:
I can't believe fan jumped in the ring and nobody stopped him ! I need a challenge it's just too easy. #WWEBattleground— Rusev MACHKA (@RusevBUL) July 25, 2016
Then Ryder too:
With Rusev on Monday Night Raw and the Hype Bros on SmackDown Live, it looks like this is the last of all this. What a way to go out.
