Dean Ambrose: I asked Vince McMahon if I could run SmackDown, he said no

"I don't know who's going to be running Raw, I don't know who's going to be running SmackDown. I feel like I'm going to demand a pretty big price tag for my services. I'm going to try to get a good chunk of change, you know? I'm going to the highest bidder, you know what I'm saying? I mean, I like Shane (McMahon), I don't know if he's going to be running a show, I don't know if Stephanie (McMahon) is going to be running a show. Whoever is going to bring out the, you know, really dig into their pocketbook, you know what I'm saying? I don't really know how it's going to work. I asked Vince (McMahon) if, actually, if I could just run SmackDown and if that would be cool. I said 'you don't have to work Tuesdays anymore.' He said 'no.' But I'll go to the highest bidder."

We should start to see more talk like this in the weeks to come as WWE starts deciding on who is going where and why they're going there. This is a good enough way for Ambrose to get to a particular show, considering his character.
