She was the first person from WWE management to comment on Joanie "Chyna" Laurer's death, and now Stephanie McMahon has followed that up by predicting the Ninth Wonder of the World will enter into the company's Hall of Fame.
Not "it's warranted" and "hopefully", as her husband, Triple H, said, but "I'm sure".
TMZ caught up with her on the street, and the Chief Brand Officer said:
I'm sure that we will see Chyna in the Hall of Fame at some point in the future. I'm not sure exactly what year that will be, but there's no denying her contributions to WWE.
Given that not only is Stephanie a McMahon, but her job gives her a great deal of say in the messaging the company puts forward to the public, this is as big an endorsement as we're likely to get short of Vince himself saying it.
But, considering that the Chairman has yet to speak on Laurer's passing or legacy at all, Steph may still be working on convincing her old man...
