Bob Backlund is now Darren Young's life coach

Remember last year when Darren Young told Chris Jericho he pitched WWE on an idea that would see Bob Backlund return to television as his life coach? We knew they played a vignette at the SmackDown taping in Kansas City this week and now it's been released online.

Young: "Life is what you make it. I am the end result of all my choices, and I know now that I need a guiding light. So I began my search. I looked high, I looked low, I looked everywhere in between. But I forgot to look in one place: right in front of me. That's where you've been this whole time. You were just the person that I needed in my life. Mr. Bob Backlund, will you be my life coach?"

Backlund: "Yes. I will be your wrestling coach."

Young: "That's what I'm talking about, Mr. Backlund, but I'm not really looking for a wrestling coach, I think I've got that covered. I'm looking for more of a life coach. I've never had a life coach before."

Backlund: "And I've never been a life coach before but as your life coach the first rule is: WRESTLING IS LIFE. We're going to make Darren Young great again."

This could be a lot of fun.
