Monday night's eventful, wrestling-packed episode of RAW saw Seth Rollins return to the USA Network, the main event for Money in the Bank set, Ric Flair sent packing and five qualifier matches for the Money in the Bank ladder match. All this action, paired with interest from Extreme Rules the night before, saw WWE get a solid ratings increase.
Last night's (May 23, 2016) episode from Baltimore saw an increase in viewers from the week before, garnering 3.27 million viewers compared to 3.19 million last week.
The hourly breakdown looks like this:
Hour one: 3.36 million
Hour two: 3.33 million
Hour three: 3.11 million
The biggest bump was in the third hour, which rose from a paltry 2.89 million last week to 3.11 million on Monday. This was likely helped by a fantastic Kevin Owens vs. AJ Styles main event, in addition to the intrigue with the Club.
This is certainly good news for WWE, as they had been flirting with record three-hour lows in recent weeks. Next week's rating is sure to be even higher, as John Cena is scheduled to return in the Memorial Day episode.
