WWE Extreme Rules 2016 results: Dana Brooke helps Charlotte submit Natalya, retain women's title

Ric Flair has been a nuisance dating back to the moment Charlotte won both the Divas and women's championship titles, assisting her in winning matches the whole way. WWE never bothered to do anything about that until tonight (Sun., May 22, 2016) when Charlotte was booked in a Submission match against Natalya with the added stipulation that Flair would be banned from ringside and if he showed up at any point, his daughter would lose her gold.

This was ... interesting.

They went back-and-forth, trading submissions trying to win the match, as expected. Then, Flair's music hit to a great deal of confusion, considering the stipulations. It was quite clearly not Ric, however, but someone dressed like him. That person was revealed to be none other than Dana Brooke.

She distracted Nattie, which led to the finish, where Charlotte took advantage and used the Figure Eight to get the tap.

Brooke then celebrated with Charlotte and Ric, who had come down to get in on the post-match fun.
