News broke earlier today that Adam Rose was arrested early this morning (Wed., May 11, 2016) in Hillsborough, Florida for tampering with a witness and battery domestic violence. According to PW Insider, Rose got into an argument with his wife, grabbed her by the face and screamed at her, leading to her calling the police. He took the phone away, and later admitted to the police to doing so, which is what the "tampering with a witness" charge is.
Now, WWE has released a statement (via Pro Wrestling Sheet) that he is suspended indefinitely:
"WWE has zero tolerance for matters involving domestic violence, and per our policy, Raymon Leppan has been suspended indefinitely following his arrest."
Rose was already serving a 60-day suspension for a second Wellness Policy violation, one that he attempted to contest via Twitter by posting (then deleting and re-posting) a note from his doctor giving him clearance to use the prescription medication he was allegedly suspended for.
