As expected, Shane McMahon did a crazy stunt during his Hell in a Cell match against Undertaker at WrestleMania 32 last night (April 3, 2016) at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. He didn't jump off the gigantic video board, as some predicted he would be crazy enough to do, but he did climb up the cage and jump off of that.
Through a table.
Not surprisingly, WWE offered a "medical update" on its website:
Following his Hell in a Cell showdown against The Undertaker at WrestleMania, Shane McMahon was taken to a medical facility in the Dallas area, WWE.com has confirmed.
However, PW Insider is reporting Shane managed to avoid injury and he was walking around just fine after the show. That doesn't mean he isn't hurt, of course, because throwing yourself from a high place through a table hurts, but it's good to know that unlike Mick Foley before him, he avoided major injury.
Now we'll see if appears on Monday Night Raw later on this evening.
