WrestleMania 32 results: Charlotte submits Becky Lynch to become first women's champion

This was originally a Divas championship match. However, Lita introduced an AWESOME new women's championship on the pre-show (see it here) and it was revealed the winner of this match would be the first to wear that new title. What better place to do it than tonight (Sun., April 3, 2016) at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas at WrestleMania 32, the biggest event in WWE history?

Becky Lynch got a normal entrance, then Sasha Banks was played out by her cousin and Hall of Fame inductee, Snoop Dogg, before Charlotte came out last with her father wearing a special robe, one with pieces worn by Ric at WrestleMania 24.

This felt big.

They started relatively slow but it was all building to the big spots that were to come. Like Charlotte trying to submit Becky and getting a Frog Splash from Sasha, who was wearing gear inspired by her idol Eddie Guerrero. Or Lynch hitting a dive on "The Nature Boy" before Charlotte took out both women with a huge moonsault from the top rope to the outside.

Later, they traded submissions. Everyone got one and no one got a tap off it.

Lynch hit a suplex on Charlotte from the top rope before Sasha came in behind with the Banks Statement. However, Charlotte recovered quick enough to send Sasha outside the ring, where Ric stopped Banks from getting back in the ring and Charlotte submitted Becky with the Figure Eight.
