Dolph Ziggler's brother Donald Nemeth wanted for aggravated murder

Cleveland police have issued a warrant for Nemeth, who is a suspect in a January homicide.

Surveillance video still from the University Hotel and Suites

According to Cleveland.com, Donald Nemeth, the younger brother of Dolph Ziggler (real name Nick Nemeth), has been named as a suspect in the shooting death at a Cleveland hotel that occurred in January. Police have issued a warrant for Nemeth's arrest.

Donald Nemeth, 29, is not in custody at this time. Cleveland.com provides more details of the case:

Nemeth is charged with aggravated murder. He was not in custody Wednesday afternoon, court records show.

Nemeth shot 34-year-old Joshua Mascol on Jan. 23 at University Hotel and Suites, police said. Nemeth tried to rob Mascol before the shooting, court documents say.

Mascol was found shot in a seventh-floor hallway, where paramedics pronounced him dead.

Police in February released surveillance photos of two men who were persons of interests in the case. They're still working to identify the second man.

Cleveland Scene confirms that Donald is indeed the younger brother of both Ziggler and Ryan Nemeth, the latter of whom was previously in WWE developmental as Briley Pierce and is currently active in the Los Angeles fitness and standup comedy scenes.

We will provide additional details as this story develops.
