WWE knew this week's episode of Monday Night Raw would take a hit in viewers if only because the show aired via tape delay thanks to taking place in London, England. That meant spoilers were available hours beforehand and fans could choose whether or not the show was worth watching.
It wasn't, apparently.
This week's episode drew 3.32 million viewers (and a 2.32 rating), which, as the Wrestling Observer points out, is a new record low for a broadcast outside of football season. Last week's show drew 3.52 million. The hourly breakdown shows a huge dip for the third hour:
Hour one: 3.49 million
Hour two: 3.54 million
Hour three: 2.98 million
Again, this was a taped show and lower numbers were to be expected but the NBA Playoffs are also offering competition.
