WWE had current Superstars pose with old championships and everyone is flipping out

Someone over at WWE.com had the frankly brilliant idea to break out some retired-yet-classic belts championship titles and have current talent pose with them.

Every picture in the 40 image gallery is a winner because of the nostalgic appeal of the designs, even for non-belt marks (and I think every wrestling fan has at least a little belt mark in 'em) and the excitement or anger you feel seeing someone you love or hate holding one as if they'd won it.

Represented in the gallery are the "Winged Eagle" World championship, the European title, the original Women's belt and the WWF World Tag Team straps.

They're worn by Roman Reigns, Sasha Banks, Triple H & Stephanie McMahon (of course), Rusev, The New Day, Becky Lynch, Dean Ambrose, Sheamus, Natalya, The Usos, Charlotte, Kevin Owens, Tyler Breeze, The Dudley Boyz, Eva Marie and Lucha Dragons.
