It's been a while since we've heard from Seth Rollins on anything related to his recovery from knee surgery, which he underwent in early November of last year after he tore it up during a match with Kane at a WWE house show in Europe. His only real update since then was a report from WWE where he admitted the rehabilitation process was far more brutal than he expected them to be.
We're roughly four months into his planned 6-to-9 month recovery period and Pro Wrestling Sheet brings some good news: The Architect is once again training in a wrestling ring.
Indeed, the report indicates he's taken to getting in work, sans knee brace, at his wrestling school in Moline, The Black and The Brave Wrestling Academy. He's apparently playing it safe, which is natural considering the nature of his injury, but this would seem to indicate he's still on schedule to return in the window he was originally given by doctors.
Perhaps he'll be back in time for a big match at SummerSlam?
