This week's episode of Monday Night Raw in Brooklyn featured every big star on the WWE roster showing up to help promote this coming Sunday night's WrestleMania 32 pay-per-view (PPV) in Arlington, Texas. For those two reasons, the expectation was viewership would be up.
It was.
The show garnered 3.77 million viewers, up from last week's 3.39 millon. It was the first time in nearly a month the show actually gained viewers.
The hourly breakdown is even better:
Hour one: 3.82 million
Hour two: 3.85 million
Hour three: 3.64 million
That's a nice little improvement, considering viewers went up in the second hour before falling in the third. Considering what they promoted for the main event segment and the fact that both Triple H and Roman Reigns had been in multiple segments on the show already, that has to be considered a win.
Next week should see a big jump for the post-WrestleMania show.
