News broke in February that Afterbuzz TV host Catherine Kelley had reportedly been hired by WWE. She left her role as host of Afterbuzz TV's RAW and NXT after-shows shortly thereafter. Since then, she's been co-hosting Sam Roberts' Show on SiriusXM.
On Tuesday, Kelley herself broke the news via Twitter that she has indeed been hired by WWE. What's more, she is already in the Dallas area and is jumping into her new role feet-first: she'll be working in an official capacity immediately, providing backstage content on WWE social media platforms throughout WrestleMania week.

A backstage personality making their debut during the biggest weekend of the year is likely a show of faith in Kelley by WWE. In her role with Afterbuzz TV, she worked extensively with longtime WWE collaborator and superfan Maria Menounos, so you can bet the company feels Kelley is thoroughly vetted.
