Chris Jericho vs. AJ Styles at WrestleMania 32 is official

We all knew it was coming. On "RAW," we finally got confirmation.

Chris Jericho and AJ Styles already have a very in-depth history together, considering Styles has only been in WWE since the Royal Rumble in January. During Monday night's episode of RAW, their latest feud finally came to a head as Jericho accepted Styles' challenge to a singles match at WrestleMania 32 in Arlington, Tex.

Jericho -- who has been ducking Styles' challenge to a WrestleMania match for weeks -- was in singles action on RAW against Zack Ryder. Styles came to ringside before the match began, running down Jericho for not accepting a match against him and saying he wasn't going to leave until he got what he wanted. He then set about getting under Jericho's skin with "Y2JACKASS" chants. Finally, Jericho was flustered enough that Ryder rolled him up for the pin.

Following the match, Jericho grabbed a microphone and accepted the challenge, promising that he would win because this would be his 12th WrestleMania, while it will only be Styles' first.

Styles and Jericho's first feud -- which was based on mutual respect, as both men were working as babyfaces at the time -- culminated at Fastlane in February, when Styles won the rubber match between the two via submission. The two men then formed a very brief partnership as the tag team Y2AJ, which was only around long enough to get T-shirts. Jericho turned on Styles after the two men lost a classic tag team title match to the New Day and the feud has been building ever since.

It will all get resolved on Sunday at WrestleMania 32.
