He may not be wrestling at WrestleMania for the first time since 2003, but John Cena is still working hard.
The Face Who Runs the Place started his week by letting us know he's spent something like 20% of his time doing rehab work since shoulder surgery two and a half months ago:

Returning to the ring isn't the only thing Cena's gearing up for, however. He's also hustling to get the word about about the Fox reality show he hosted and executive produced, American Grit, which premieres in three weeks.
