The Wyatt Family successfully defends their tag titles in the rematch against Heath Slater and Rhyno

Last Sunday at the TLC pay-per-view (PPV), Heath Slater and Rhyno lost their tag team championships to Randy Orton and Bryan Wyatt. They didn’t wait long to cash in their rematch. They opted for their rematch two days later tonight (Dec. 6, 2016) on SmackDown Live.

Unfortunately for Beauty and the Man-Beast, the results did not change. The new Wyatt Family successfully defeated the former champions. Heath Slater fought valiantly at the end, but it wasn’t enough. He fell victim to the champions’ new tag finish of a Sister Abigail into an RKO.

It looks like the Wyatts will be moving on to whomever their next feud is.

No word on what this means for all of Heath’s kids, his double wide, his above ground pool, or his relationship with the Man-Beast. Slater still has his SmackDown contract so he’s at least still getting paid. Whether or not the championship bump was allowing him to keep that pool remains to be seen.
